The Custom House aims to clear Baggage / Cargo and settle refunds, draw back and other claims with the utmost speed.
If despite our best efforts, the trade / public still face difficulties or have any complaints in this regard, they may address their written complaints to:

Public Grievance Officer,
or they may appear in person before the Public Grievance Committee which meets on dates specified under the Open house Meetings , in the Conference Hall of the Custom House. Complaints/ Grievances can be made at the telephone no. 0484 2667794 on working days during office hours or by mail at supdt[at]cochincustoms[dot]gov[dot]in or dropped in boxes provided at the Sevottam Facilitation Counter/Control Room.
