If despite our best efforts, the trade / public still face difficulties or have any complaints in this regard, they may address their written complaints to:

The Public Grievance Committee, Custom House Kochi 9

or

The Additional Commissioner, Custom House Kochi 9

or they may appear in person before the Public Grievance Committee which meets on dates specified under the tab 'Open house Meetings', in the Conference Hall of the Custom House.  Complaints/ Grievances can also be made at the telephone no. 0484 2667295
